Tailoring the portfolio strategy for clients' needs and objectives, we specifically emphasize management of debt and equity. We treat each portfolio as a separate business unit. A thorough knowledge of profits, yields, returns, leverage, working capital and lines of credit is only part of Archon's expertise. The group also provides cash flow projections for each asset and creates leverage models to project and continually update the total return on equity. The finance team coordinates all the capital markets and institutional financing efforts for real state and mortgage loan portfolios under management. Our goal is twofold: to successfully leverage the portfolios and to increase internal rates of return. Together with the considerable financial expertise of Goldman Sachs, we are able to meet these goals with creativity and innovation.
